Need end areas from digitized sections

I have some cross sections showing existing and design surfaces. They have been digitized so they are not Civil 3D objects.

Does anyone know a quick way to calculate the end areas using Civil 3D?

Nevermind. I used a workaround with parcels since I only need the square footage of each enclose section. I created styles for cut and fill areas which inluded the parcel site in the name. Then I used a new site for each section. Afterward, I use the acreage report from the Report Manager. I'll then move it into Excel to do the rest of the calculations I need to do.
