Room Phase Properties

Working on a project with multiple phases that most of the rooms have the same properties. I am aware that rooms can be copied from phase and the property information is retained – except the door number. Is there a way to keep the properties information linked between phases? I have looked at the Avatech utilities – while it is headed in the right direction it isn’t the solution.

I read this post that had good information as a base of reference.

You wont be able to tie them together currently, without an external command or function running through the API.
