I want to schedule a list of the current revisions (clouds) across the project. I've been able to add a mark label to the cloud tag, now how do I schedule these?
I need to put a description against each cloud in a list showing each change in the current revision i.e. 1.a 1.b 1.c etc.
Thanks

If your titleblock does not have a revision schedule yet, edit the titleblock family, and on the ribbon, under the View tab, you'll find the "Revision Schedule" tool.

Thanks Alfredo,
I do have a schedule in the project, but I can't see where to add the mark parameter that i have included in the revision cloud tag.
There are many small changes in this single drawing revision that i want to add a description to. I dont want to have a seperate revision issue for each cloud.
cheers

You cannot add more parameters to a revision schedule. Only calculated values, but that does not help much for what you have in mind. What people do, as a workaround, is to make use of one of the parameters they don't use, (such as Issued by, or Issued to) rename it, and use this field for the suffix.

Is there a way to create a revision with PCD1 for PCD, RFI 1 for RFI and 1 for Design Changes?
I know you cannot make changes in the revision settings, you can only go by numerical or alphabetical. Once you issue the 1st revision, it will change to 2nd revision.
What we want is to keep:
1 is for Bldg Permit Comments #1
RFI1 is for RFI #1
PCD1 is for PCD#1
then if any
2 is for Bldg Permit Comments #2
RFI2 is for RFI #2
PCD2 is for PCD#2
Thanks.
