When we trying to make balls under 1" in the project using revolve, REVIT gives a piece in 3d view instead of a ball. That happens to small size tube also. I am wondering what we should do?

Revit doesn't have the capabilities to model curves to this detail and will appear segmented.

Scale may be your problem try 1:2 or customising in View Properties
