Room System Family modifications

Ive set up all the rooms in my project but Im wanting to add additional paramters to these rooms. ie. Gradings for each room (a, b, c and d) which will have data keys into. I need to schedule this info......
I know I can add this data into rouge parameters (ie. Base Finish parameter could be my Grade A parameter, Ceiling Finish could be my Grade B parameter etc......)
Any idea????

Oh yeah, we are still using Revit Arch 2009.....soon to be upgrading to 2011

You have the option to add parameters to all families from within the project. Manage > Project Parameters > Give it a name, grouping, type, and then assign it to Rooms.
