3d warehouse models in revit?

the models i import into revit from 3d warehouse seems to lose their color/texture when i render it. the color shows in shaded views but in realistic view its all grey. and grey when i render aswell. any help will be much appreciated!

You need to assign rendering materials to the Sketchup object in imported object styles. Also be aware that Sketchup does not draw a true curve. All round/curved surfaces will be faceted.

however it does not work on all models. and in certain models only some materials can be changed. the rest remains the default grey.

how do i know which models to download (all colours must be able to change)
im specifically looking for some decent trees
