crop a CAD file

Is there a way to xclip/crop an inserted CAD file? Thanks.

You can not edit the geometry of an imported or linked Cad file inside of Revit.

But you obviously can use a crop region to "crop" how it appears in your views.

I won't even mention masking regions or filled regions--oops, I just did!
I would not recommend using those......

Best to just Link the Cad file, open it in Cad, crop it and reload in Revit.

I can't edit the file, It's the live working file. Just cropping the view will work, thanks.
