Sheet list revisions for 2010 don't show current revision and current revision descriptions when checked through revisions on sheet properties. When I upgrade a 2010 project to 2011 and add the fields current revision date and current revision issued they don't work. Also the original current revision and current revision descriptions don't display on the sheet list. I am attaching 2 projects for examples. One is upgraded and the other is not.
Has anyone else had this problem? Am I doing something wrong? Any information would be great. Thanks.

Is there a Project Parameter text file associated with the 2010 file that also needs to be
set for the 2011 file?

cheers

Where would the project parameter text file be? Are you meaning shared parameter file? Those should not effect it. The revisions work fine 2010 and 2011 but not when upgraded.

Does anyone else have these conditions when the revisions are set to none instead of alphabetic or numeric.

you have to uncheck Issued, set Numbering to Numeric or Alphabetic, recheck Issued.

Thanks for all that have replied. I seen the other blog from Autodesk. We don't want a letter or number just the issue like SD,DD,CD. Then once it goes out for CD and changes occur we would use numeric revisions. It makes the tool almost unuseable. What is there an option for none?
