Copying annotative elements (lines / regions) from one proejct file to another.

I've seperated my project into 3 groups, all combined in one central file. In one of my groups (a set of 5 rowhomes) I've drawing some lines and regions on elevation in the isolated group file, which I would now like to show in the central file. However, revit does not apply these lines/regions to the elevation view when the group is part of another file.

I've tried to just copy them from one browser to the next, but it won't let me.

Any tips??
