Ridge Beam Angle

Hey there, i was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem that's really bothering me. I'm trying create a 50 degree pitched roof with a 5 degree angle on the ridge beam. The beam will drop towards the centre of the house.

If you mean that you want the ridge beam to be on a slope, I get steel beams to slope by selecting them, then in the Properties dialog add a value to the Start Level Offset or the End Level Offset - anything will do.

Once either value is non-zero you can freely rotate the beam by dragging the ends in an side View.

Usually I place a Reference Plane, name it, then Align the beam with the reference plane.
