We are currently working on a project with three phases. We duplicated floor plans and set each of them to phase 1,2@&3.

My problem is that when I double click a level in Elevation Views to see the floor plan, it goes to a floor plan that is created for phase 1. How can I manipulate the level so when I double click it or right click "go to view" It will go straight to the floor plan same level but in phase 3 instead of phase 1?

Not sure, but maybe setting the elevation view to phase 3 ?

OP is referring to double-clicking the blue level head on a level line from any elevation or section view. I do not believe there is a way to change the view referenced by a level line.

I would suggest you organize your project browser by filtering it into displaying your projects according to Views followed by Discipline and then Phase.

This way, you can easily see which plans belong to which phase or discipline.

Another suggestion is to use phase filter in your view properties to display elements that specifically fall under a particular phase.

Hope it helps

I figured that Revit MIGHT would change the link in the blue level head, to a view in the same phase as the elevation... Just tested it, and it dosnĀ“t work that way... seems like the link will refference the level views in the order they where created... in the quick test, it was initially pointing to "Level 1 - P1", when that was deleted, it linked to "Site", then "Level 1 - P2", and last "Level 1 - P3".

But as Aspertine suggested, the OP could sort the PB to get an easy overview of the different views/phases.
