Not seeing a nested link of my foundations

Quick background.... Have a High school Project with NEW and Existing stuff and we have attached the High School Structural Revit Model..... Then we have a NEW Middle School getting added onto the High School but it is it own project linking in the High School model.

I'm cutting some wall sections thru the NEW Middle School into the joining High School and I'm not seeing the Attached Structural Revit project from the High School. Been messing with the Revit Links - Display Setting for a few hours and can't seem to get to the attach Revit link thru the High School model?

The structural link in the high school file needs to be set to Attach instead of Overlay in the link settings (in the high school file). Otherwise (if you don't want to change that setting) you need to link the structural AND high school model into the middle school file.

It has been attached for months now. Just no way to see any setting or controls for a nested linked attached model.
