Interior Elevation Tag not showing

I have an interior elevation tag calling out the four walls in the room. The north wall tag is not showing up. When I uncheck the box associated with the tag, it asks if I want to delete the elevation. I don't, but I need to be able to see the tag. Any ideas? I've turned everything on with the lightbulb and it's not hidden.

Select the view in the project browser, and in the properties palette, make sure that the "Hide at scales coarser than:" box has a scale that's at least the same as the view in which the tag won't show up.

It's set at the same "Hide at scales coarser than" as the other views that are showing up. Any other ideas?
