Inserting autocad files into revit 2009

Is there a way to inserting a autocad file into the family editor of revit 2009 so you can draw over it?

My 2009 skills have gotten kinda rusty but in 10 and 11 there is an Import CAD button. I seem to recall a similar 2009 command.
