Revit Server on WinServer 2008 64 R2
Has anyone tried this "anyway" even though it's not officially supported?
If so, any good/bad news to report? ( PM if you want to keep it "secret " )
cheers

I have, the software installs without problems.
However, the next day the revit clients didn't connect to the local server.
Don't know if is because of R2, the same problem occurred after I installed Window 2008 Server 64 the next day...
So far the documentation states that it isn't tested and therefore...

Did you ever figure this out? Were you able to reconnect?

I just had the same issue, client had connected then completely stopped. Restarting the Revit central server didn't help.

When you say "restarting the Revit server" what do you mean? The hardware box itself, or Revit Server? Did you check on the Revit Server Autosync service and the Application Pools under IIS? I'm assuming that by client you're referring to a local user in Revit, not a Local Server.
