How do you create this simple kind of stairs?
would you model it? would you use the stair tool? would you use floor slabs?

The simplest way would be to use the stair tool. make the center section, change the side angle to reflect your design (I used 45 degrees) finish stair. Add second stair beside the first at 90 degrees. Change the side that touches the other stair to be 45 angle. Move the stairs to align and finish the side stair. Either duplicate on opposite side or mirror the second stair.

I have done many like this using concrete floor slabs.
They model nice and represent well in section.

I'm sure there are plenty of other ways as well :)
