Odd behaviour of Family in schedule

I'm inserting a casework component onto level 2 of a building
However in the casework schedule the component is incorrectly being shown in the room below on level 1, even though the schedule is correctly showing the component on level 2.

The casework component is one I've created, but I'm getting the same behaviour with the 'built-in' casework components.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this??

When looking at the Properties for the casework family, which level does it show under "Constraints" ?

Found the problem, its the room bounding height of the floor below
