How to get rid of this grid type?

In our template I somehow ended up with two grid types - Grid : 1/4" Circle and Grid : Grid 1. The 1/4" circle is our standard grid type. There are no grids placed in the template, yet I do not see the Grid 1 type available to remove using Purge Unused, and grid types do not show up in the Project Browser.

How can I get rid of this other grid type?

Do you have any Model Groups defined in the template? Any Previous Phase Legends?

If you place a grid from the type Grid: Grid 1 and use select all instances in the project, does it list more than one?

no and no.

Nope, only selects that one.

I actually just went ahead and renamed the type so that we now have 2 grid types defined - one with a continuous line and one with a broken line.

If anyone has any other ideas I'll try it in one of the backup files for that template and see what happens.
