AutoCAD 2010 CRTL+9 error

Have Windows 7 and 64 bit, AutoCAD was working fine yesterday. Windows did updates last night and now AutoCAD won't work - giving the CRTL+9 command line error. Has anyone seen or heard about this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still doesn't work. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

could you please clarify what the crtl+9 error is? I am running 2011, which could be why I dont get any errors, or possibly, because I dont use the command line, or possibly even because my computer has not updated yet.
