My first floor elevation is set to 0'-0" and my second floor elevation is 15'-2". If I use the spot elevation from the annotation menu to locate a window sill on the second floor, I get 18'-2" (3 feet above level 2). What if I want it to read +3'-0" (meaning that were are three feet above floor level)
Can I do this?

don't know if you can do it or not but the elevation should read 3'-0" AFF not +3'-0" unless you want stuff built in the wrong place...IMO of course

You're right on the AFF point. Should have mentioned it.

Relative versus Absolute, in the option bar. Be advised, too. Relative is off the level from the VIEW, not the object.

Worked perfectly, in elevation and plan!
Thanks
