I am using Autocad2000 overlay in Archibus 12 and get the attached error when trying to start file>plotter manager. What is causing this error?

I forgot to add that I have plotted in the past and was just going to edit a pc3 file when this error occured. I am connected via a Citrix connection and the host has recently restricted my drive accesses. Could this be the problem?

Hi

Is it possible to bypass the "Citrix connection" (temporary disable) just to test and see if "Citrix" is the actual cause of the problem?

I had the vendor do that they had no problems plotting. Since we last talked the problem was solved. They by "mistake" + - changed the paths and locations of my PC3 files. because of the restrictions set on us we could not check those critical items. I am sure we will receive a bill for their services.
