is close to my question, but not quite.
We're doing a project with tilt-up panels. Structural (a different firm) will own the tilt-up part of the Wall. Then we will Copy their Wall and add our veneer walls as two separate walls.
My question is - whats the best way to make those veneer walls?
The inside "wall" would typically be a furring strip and Gyp Board while the Exterior would be airspace, insulation, and brick.
What I'd really like to to is make my wall types without anything between the Core Boundaries. But Revit won't let me have a 0" Structural Core.

So, what's the Best Practice?
Make the Furring strip Structural for the Interior and the Air Space Structural for the Exterior?
Make the entire wall inside the Structural Core?
Fake it with a 1/8" Core and cheat on the first layer thickness?

Can I leave that fake core as Structure [1] or should I change it to Thermal/Air Layer [3] so it wraps and joins correctly?
