7.0 Revision Bubble Display Order...

In 6.0 revision bubbles could be placed on sheets or in views. They would remain on top of filled regions. In 7.0, revision bubbles placed on sheets are hidden by filled regions in views.

It looks as though the intention with 7.0, is that Rev Clouds are only valid when placed on the view, not the sheet.

Factory? That the "intention"? If so, the tool should be disabled when on the sheet....There are cases when revision clouds need to be placed on sheets. Examples - (A) changes in schedules, (B) if entire view representing a drafting detail is added/deleted/replaced. However revision clouds for portions of building model are better placed into graphical views.

I've also found that if you place revision clouds on views that the same revision on the schedule shows up multiple times if two or more views with clouds are on that sheet. Therefore clouds must be placed on the sheet. (Also all clouds for the same revision must be made within the same sketch, in order to only appear once on the schedule)

In the family editor of your Title Block, right click on the Revisions Schedule, go to Edit Schedule->right click -> View Properties->Edit "Sorting/Grouping"->un-check "Itemize Every Instance" (See picture below). Save, re-load to your project and enjoy... :)
