Viewport Title Location In reference to viewport

Is there a way to change the viewport title lock location in the family? Currently our viewport titles show up a certain distance from the left edge of the viewport and we need to change that standard to align with the right edge of the viewport without having to adjust it each time we drag a new viewport onto a sheet. Attached is an image of what I am talking about. thanks for any help.

You unfortunately cannot do that. You will need to manually move every title.

Does anyone with API experience know if this default offset placement can be adjusted? I'd love to have the ability to define the default, as well....

i did some API searching on viewport subject, API help file, API samples, API Lookup tool, etc., seems viewport not fully accessible yet, only have some builtin enumerated types as below, hope i'm wrong?
