Grand Stair Problem

If I want to create a grand staircase that (from top downwards) splits into two stairs, can I create it by drawing boundaries and risers manually or do I have to create 2 separate stairs that join at some height.

Attached is a screenshot of the stair being designed and an example jpeg of the concept being replicated. The example jpeg shows a stair that rises and then splits. I want to know how to make a stair that is split and rises into one. (i.e. the reverse of the example jpeg).

Your going to have to make 2 stair cases. Just create a lvl at the mid landing point so that you can create the second stair starting from that point.

Elmo, So in other words the intermediate landing would be a new base offset from the lower level ???!? The kitten looks dangerous, better keep a close eye on it.
