Import family line style

We have a sketch up model which we've been trying to import into our revit file. We've gotten the thing to show up when we import it as an ACIS object, but we cannot change the linestyle. It keeps showing up as dashed lines. We've tried exploding the imported object in revit, but it just disappears. We've also tried adjusting hidden lines to show as solid and also no luck.

Try this:

Create a new Mass Family.
Then import the .skp file into the Mass family.
Then in VG> Object Styles go to Imported categories.
Then Change the line style/weight for the imported .skp file.

Load into your Project--make sure Mass is turned on in Model Catergories.

You may also need to change the line style/weight in Object Styles inside the Revit Project.
