MAY I IMPORT 3D CAD BLOCKS INTO REVIT, I.E USE THEM IN MY DRAWING, BECAUSE ITS NOT AVAILABLE AS A REVIT BLOCK?

2. I WAS TRYING TO DRAWING AN ARCHED REVEAL, IS IT POSSIBLE? I ONLY MANAGED TO DO STRAIGHT LINES?

Yes,
Just create a new family using the appropriate template, load your dwg into that. If the dwg has layers you can control the material and lineweights per layer in the family. Then load it into your model.

For the arched reveals you will need to make a face based family or hosted family with the void shape you want and then place that in your model.
