How to rotate text within a Family

Hi, I have created a family for a Telephone Main Distribution Mainframe (as attached image) but when I insert in to Revit MEP 2011 the text rotates with the panel. I need the text to always be the correct way up. Any help gratefully recieved.

There is a parameter under the annotation symbol category properties called "rotate with component". Un-check it.
