Scheduling Wall Sweeps

I have created a wall sweep for a 4" vinyl base used throughout the entire building. I have my material take-off schedule (wall sweep category) with all the parameters set the way I want. Since I'm only using one material for the base I want to show the specifications and the total length of base in the project.

The problem is the schedule lists every instance where the base is applied to a wall. I have "Itemize Every Instance" un-checked.

I have attached a photo of what the schedule looks like.

you also have to check "Calculate totals" for Lengh in Formatting

I have it checked and I have the total that I want. But, I don't want the schedule to list every span of base in the project. I just need to see the specifications and the total in L.F.

Do you have your schedule sorted in any way?
That might be the issue.

You're right. I had it sorted by length (acending). Changed it to none and it's fixed.
