Linked File DWG Visibility

I have Linked CAD Dwg's into a Revit Project. This project is Revit Linked into a Master Project File. How come I cannot see the cad DWGs in the master file? I have looked into the visibilty graphics, as well as trying to modify the view properties of the dwg with no luck. what am i missing?

There might be several reasons apart from visibility graphics: Crop regions, view ranges, phases, options, worksets, etc. etc. Among those reasons there is this one: there is an option when importing or linking CAD drawings for "Current view only". If that setting was active at the moment of insertion, the drawing will not be visible in other views.

Hrm... Was the cadd file linked with the "Current View Only" option checked?
