I work for a VAR and have a support client who cannot get the Pipeworks ASCII output function to spit out decent numbers. He is trying to just print a table showing node number, station and offset. He created the proper template then when he looks at the resulting output file, the numbers aren't even close to his station and offsets. I made sure his pipe run was attached to the proper alignment, he is not using north rotation, he is in WCS.

As a side note, I tried the same thing on my software and it gave me the correct numbers but the decimal was three places to the right! (i.e. offset showed as 2914.00 rather than the correct value 2.914)

Anybody run into this??

Yes, and the only solution I have found is to start from scratch. Start with a new drawing, insure you are in WORLD, create a new Alignment, new Profile and new Pipe Run. This is the only fix I have found to the problem SORRY.

Before offering any 'solution' I would need to see the actual data
being used. I say this; because I have seen similar issues
that were the result of user settings.
Perhaps you can zip that project file up and send it to me directly
for further examination.
Otherwise Fred's suggestion of start over is as good as any.
(Unless it isn't the software)
