2 paint tool buttons?

ummm what the heck? I just noticed the Modify > Geometry ribbon panel now has 2 paint tool buttons. The labeled one was not there before. It seems to have shoved the Cope tool to the right. What could have caused this and what's the remedy?

After installing Revit 2011 SP2 on my new machine last Monday, I did add the Paint Surface tool sometime last week to my QAT, so I'm not sure if that would have caused anything.

That is strange, I placed the paint tool on my QAT for a project I was working on and have since left it there, everthing is normal on my panel.
