Rendered Live Model

Can presenter create a model that be raomed will still being in a rendered state, or is this something i need Max for?

You need a gaming engine for something like that.

While max has come a long way it's still a modelling tool that requires a rendering engine.
The same goes for Navis though it's more a model viewer.

For that sort of thing I would look towards gaming engines.

You might check out Autodesk Showcase. It seems to have better real time renderings.
