Adjusting a "Graded Region"

I understand the process and phasing steps necessary to 'regrade' an existing topo. What if after I have gone through this process, accepted my changes, if I want to go back and do some more changes? I appears if I start the "Graded Region" tool again, click on the existing topo, it will create ANOTHER new topo.

Is the Graded Region only something you can do once? If I don't get what I want the first time, do I have to start all over?

Instead of using the Graded Region tool again, select the graded region, and click on Edit Surface to make changes to it.
