How to quickly save and close multiple open projects and families!

How does one go about quickly saving and closing multiple open projects and families!

Sure that I read somewhere that it could be done...

You'll still be prompted to Save and changes individually, but the quickest way is to just Exit Revit. You'll probably want to Close Hidden Windows first, too, although that won't have any affect on closing time.

I am almost certain that there was a faster way, possibly it was just a case of using hot keys... I will need to check that out!

There has never been a "close and save/don't everything open" command unless somebody knows a neato API trick. Even then, this sounds like a really dangerous idea.
