Is anyone else having troubles with wall openings?
They seem to be the most painful thing to work with. After initial placement, I can't seem to edit their sizes, and the base/top constraints seem so illogical on placement.
I'm trying to build an simple elevator shaft where the elevator walls go from basement to 4th floor, and I am trying to use wall openings for the doors. I've tried having one opening that spans from the base level to just shy of the top of the wall, and I've tried individual openings on each floor to the correct opening height.
When I first place the opening I get the arrows to adjust sizes, but after one adjustment, either through the arrows active dimensions, they become uneditable
I don't need to model the elevator, I am just drawing some detail lines in plan for the cab and cab door.
I've searched the forums, and haven't seen any grumblings about this, so maybe its just me.
Any tips or links to using openings better?
