I created a window and would like to use it in another project. How do I upload it to the prsent

Just copy and paste. Open your old project and new project at the same time. Then in the old project select the window and hit CTRL-C. Then go into your new project and hit CTRL-
V to paste in.

Or if you have the family saved out you can also open it up (as well as the new project) and click "Load into Project" to bring that family into the new project.
