We're trying to change how the keynote table looks, and I'm running into dead ends.
Instead of having just one column of keynotes and descriptions, we'd like two.
That part is easy enough, but the kicker is that they'd only like to see one title on the keynotes.
attached are what we have showing .
I would like the same keynote formatting, but with one title on the top, centered :D
any ideas ? pointers ? tips ? obscure families ?

Proabably the solution is to go to the scheduleĀ“s Formatting tab and uncheck "Show title"; then, just add the title with regular text.

I'm trying to find a way to make it one piece too.
My fears are that if I do what you've described, is that they rest of the team will either add keynotes, or remove keynotes, making me have to go back and re-align the columns and where I place the title. I guess this is sortof a moot point as said re-adjustments would have to be done regardless if they change the keynotes.
What about making some sortof nested table, or symbol ..? so that atleast I would just have to update the keynote table / title layout in one place and have that be referenced out to all the sheets it appears on. I'm going to try this next.

my latest attempt at doing this is meeting limited success.
I tried to see if you could put a schedule into a drafting view. or some sort of other legend. but It appears that you can only host a schedule onto a drawing sheet. ... Is this true?
Schedules can only be hosted onto drawing sheets ?
