Displaying wall type info on plan

It would be useful to be able to selectively display for example a wall's "type parameters" in a plan for example in a wall legend I would like the "wall assembly description beside the various wall symbols, anybody know if this can be done?

oh excuse my idiocy, I just created a new wall tag that displays the desired type info

on second thought, it appears that tags do not work in "Legend" elements
the tag displays but does not pick up the type data.

I notice the wall symbol in the legend has a "component type" variable in its properties
I wonder how one would get that to show up in a tag in the legend?

That's correct. Wall tags in a Legend View will not pick up the any data. You will need to place a wall schedule for that.
It's something that could well be working in 8.0 though.
