I guess it's just my turn.

I've been trying to open a file and get the message so many of you have seen:

"Data in file is corrupt and needs to be manually recovered. Please contact Autodesk Suppot."

I do understand I must send them the file but have never done this.
I tried going through the Autodesk website with no such luck.

Does anyone here have info to 'contact' them.
An email address? Phone number? other?

Depends on what level of support you have.....

Subscription you make requests through the subscription webpage I believe....(haven't had to do this for a long time)
You can contact your reseller....this I have done numerous times....
Or you can call them directly @ 1-800-225-6531...but this is a pay per incident number (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=123112&id=15892664)...
