Check these images to see what happend when I tried to flip orientation to a wall.
Something similar happened to me in another project so i think there might be a bug ...

Probably you have two walls overlapping at the same place.
You can flip the two walls or change the location line's position of the wall before to flip (to wallcenterline)

Does the wall look that way in a 3d view, after it's flipped?

Hello Dpasa
The walls you want the change orientation are connected. If you change the orientation of one of them > Revit don't know what to do with that connection which was at first legitimate.
So > disconnect the two walls > change their orientation each seperately > connect them again.

Eddy is right You can do that.
What you obtain can be explain :
Because the angle between the two walls, when you flip the wall on the Finish Face: Exterior, if you estend this side of the wall, the intersection is moved on the exterior of the house. (as you can see with the blue point). And the other wall is inverted.
Looking at you walls, they have no structure at this time, maybe can you move them ?
