Re-hosting Rails

I'm still "getting back into the saddle" with Revit...anyone know if Handrails can be re-hosted? i.e. Have some handrails that have been created but want to have them hosted by a stair...From memory this wasn't possible in earlier versions.

Yes, it is possible.
Select the railing > Edit Path > Pick new host.
