Corrupt file... HELP!

Revit 2011:
Then I open my file, I got a message:
Data in file ***.rvt is corrupt and needs to be manually recovered. Please contact autodesk support.

It is a lokal file.

What can I do about it ?
Anyone got a mail for them or something?
