If that really only took 5 minutes to get the file into SketchUp and produce that drawing, then that is a really good argument for getting SketchUp.

Is this based on the same file? The curved roof is gone and the windows changed from punched openings to ribbon windows. Still looks great though. Has an italian futurist look to it.

Yes, indeed, 5 minutes. I exported it from Revit, inserted into Sketchup and had it extend lines. That's it.
The biggest problem I had is the file in Skup is huge and very slow, especially when just setting a new view.
The 3d file in Skup actually can be modified, again, this file makes it tedious because Revit adds so much overhead.

Try using filters and the purge and the save as commands to remove all of the unseen elements and to lower file size prior to export for use in Sketchup.
