Yesterday I created two new tool palettes, they are located on a network drive and the tool palette path is set to the correct location. I can see them in the Catagories/Palettes folder, but only one of them is now visible and available in the Customize window. In plain vanilla autocad I could right-click in the Palettes pane of the Customize window and import a palette, but now we're using MEP 2008 and Import is not one of the choices available. I've also tried opening the content browser to see if I could get it into the catalog that way, but no.
I don't want to keep losing my palettes, and it's very frustrating seeing the .atc file there in the folder and not being able to access it. What do I do?

I'm not sure, but what about modifying the ATC file manually? You could use XML Notepad2007 to open the main atc file and make sure all the paths to your individual palettes are correct. I'm not saying it is easy, and you definitely should have a good idea what you are doing (and possibly back stuff up) because you can mess stuff up.
