Host View Discipline showing wrong

I have an architectural model that is linked into a MEP model and the host view shows as structural.

Why is this, I can manually change this, but am trying to figure out why its showing like that to begin with.

It may be the result of a view template setting. You can assign a specific Discipline to a view template and apply it when creating it. The MEP view may have been created using a template with the Structural Discipline option.
