Nested Annotation Won't Display Label on Roof Plan

I have a roof anchor family that I have created with a nested detail component within the family and I can't figure out why the label won't show on my roof plan. There is a filled region in the nested family that shows ok but the label in the nested family won't show up. Any input would be great. Thanks!
