Panels Rotate when Divided Surface use Intersects

Has anyone experience rotating panels when working with in-place massing and divided surfaces based on intersects? I've found panels rotate counterclockwise 90 deg which causes panel dimensions to no longer be trustworthy.

Have you recreated the intersect elements by any chance?

I was trying anything I could at the time to make this work.

I'm very happy to say that in the new 2012 release this is no longer an issue...forms created within the new mass editor are far more perdictable now...yeah!
