problems exporting a sheet to DWG

I ran into an issue when I tried exporting a sheet of details to DWG format. I was trying to export the entire set to send to the architect. The plan sheets exported correctly and 1 of the 2 detail sheets exported correctly. Both detail sheets contain only typical details and are therefore drafting views. When I exported the sheet and opened in AutoCAD, the title block and viewports were correct, but what was displayed in each viewport was incorrect. I tried exporting views as xrefs and not, and in both cases, the viewports displayed incorrectly. It's as if in the process of exporting, each viewport lost where it was supposed to be looking into model space.

I've not had issues exporting previously, but it's not something we commonly do, either. Curious if anyone has run across this as well.

Is the sheet you are exporting contains a mix of different scales?

Yes. Both sheets contain details with different scales. The sheet that exported correctly has details with scales of 1/2"=1'-0" and 3/4"=1'-0". The sheet exporting incorrectly had details with those scales and a couple that were 1:1... I'm wondering if those were the problem.
