Pipe Network Structure Top of Casting

Everytime I connect a pipe to a structure it changes the Top of Casting for that struture. I have changed the inverts for these pipes and it does not fix the problem, and I cant seem to find a setting that allows me to change it back.

The Top of Casting typically adjusts based on the pipe you have selected because of the Minimum Pipe Clearance of the structure + Cone + Casting might typically push a RIM elevation above the surface.
